Its balanced architecture and original interior decoration are designed for 7-9 modular flats : from the 2-person studio to the T2 (2/3 people), T3 (4 people), up to the T4 (6 people), inclusing one that can be accessed by the handicapped.

THE ROOMS have a washing area (sink and mirror) ans a work area, as well as a closetand two 90-cm beds that can be placed side-by-side (excellent bedding quality). They are designed to tespect each guest's privacy

All showers are separate from the wash basin and toilets,( except in the case of studios).
